Your management is living in a house that someone else built. I doubt the current leadership could build so much as an outhouse.

But they can build a Call Plan and deliver required CPA results.

REP: Um, I might need to catch a flight home less than 7 minutes earlier than allowed by POA meeting planning to make it home tonight instead of staying overnight, incurring hotel expenses, and being in the field a whole day later at 2pm.

SENIOR MGMT: Talk to the hand. You totally need DM approval for that.

    _______________

REP: Um, 95% of my targets obviously have long standing policies prohibiting my being able to see them. Like seriously ever, ever.

DMs: I CAN'T HEAR YOU. LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA.

My favorite JNJism: there’s no such thing as a no-see doc lololol

New JBI bright star says “ I went skiing and saw a doc taking a piss. So I went over to him and said YOU will hear what I have to say” . Haaaaaaaa. Zero business return and pushed him to an Il-6. Brilliant! keep putting the morons in front of the class. MH has lots more tools like that in her tool bag. Haaaaaaaaaaa

Professionals love to have their attention demanded from a salesperson whom they have already indicated they will not meet while partially undressed during R&R. I’m sure his approach really moved the needle.

If this is actually true its no wonder why Pharma has such a bad reputation. If I were the physician I would call or email HR and file a formal complaint. The physician could also call law enforcement and file a stalking charge. Use your common sense and respect your customers boundaries.

And some nutty people expected reps to see docs for a few hours after a POA meeting; Ha Ha!

Definitely warranted, hopefully done. However the likelihood that scenario actually happened is about nil. Just like like an 80% CPA rate by a rep or a District. Just another "success story" that never happened, and everyone knows it.

DMs are unconscionably and carefully exempted from certifying CPA results they (more than anyone) know are totally impossible, yet force reps meet.

I have had several friends that went to the CREDO hotline for help in this past year and all are no longer here. All have been terminated, were forced to resign or go out on a medical disability. I have seen district members forced by their managers to falsify their testimony in order to keep their jobs here. I have seen the unscrupulous willing falsify HR testimony in order to gain promotion opportunities for themselves at the cost of innocent coworkers. This behavior has become so repetitious that all of Human Resources is not only aware of it, but directed to comply and actually foster this behavior. So you wonder why we are at a talentless managerial organization and why team members constantly are throwing each other under the bus? it is because our highest senior leadership wants it that way. It certainly reminds me of how the Roman Emperors would get off watching their people rip each other to shreads for the amusement. JBI leadership is getting off right now while we kill ourselves. Now there is nowhere for us to turn for the protection that we are allowed under the law. This isn’t just bad managers going rogue. This is complete disregard for the written guidelines, laws and basic human rights. When the talentless manage the talent we all will sink to the lowest common denominator. Marti must leave with her band of misfits...immediately.

Boohoo. The old ones get taken out out by the young ones. Boohoo. How original. MH isn’t going anywhere.
