What do you think now about Integra. Integra is probably one of the worse medical device companies to work for. Horrible upper management, worst culture. Top sales people are leaving. Most good managers have left. Not a place to start a career. Eventually you will be disrespected and quit or be fired. RG and TM are absolutely the worst managers you would want to work for. Stay where you are!!!
Spent five years at Integra, Twenty years in device sales. The absolute worst culture I've been around. If things are great they love you though hit a bump and you suck. Not a bad place to re-boot but then get your paper on the street.
Not sure what Nolly did. He was a good rep and hard worker typically top 5% of the company. That was a post from someone still at integra. That is what integra people do who have been there for a while they state bad facts about people. One rep self reported a mistake he made he was fired other fear for their jobs. What kind of a place is this to be. No trust that anyone has your back especially managers. They trap you to get you to work here. If you are trapped get everything in writing especially salary, total comp GET A GUARANTEE no matter what they say. VP sales has a different quota than the sales force he will beat you to get to your number while he made his by 7% less than ours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
