    Exact Sciences is run by former GE intellectual property lawyers. The test is an overpriced sham where false positives are routinely about 50% of patients. They illegally and unethically bill unsuspecting Medicaid patients. The sales organization is run like an old fashioned Pharma company complete with so much bull that it’ll blow your mind. I don’t think most employees know the true nature of the company. They only hire beautiful gullible idiots, and treat the sales reps as disposable commodities.

    This is 100% true. It’s run like an old fashioned big pharma company called Novartis. It’s run like they’re selling a drug from the early 90’s! Bunch of morons in senior sales leadership. Sales Ops is run by Napoleon and the queen bee is a control freak! The culture is terrible. You should seriously think twice before going to work there.

    Bitter much??? You sound like a jaded rep who couldn't make the cut and with that shitty attitude, you're better off somewhere else. Culture is great here, most employees believe in what were doing. Haters don't even matter. If you think it's run like a drug company, your an idiot!!! Find me any drug that was launched so successfully with only 150 then 200 field reps! You can't! Drug reps deliver a canned message, get a signature and leave. If that is how you were running your business here, then it's no wonder you failed!

    I’m not bitter at all. The product is great but the companies leadership is awful! How’s your Cologuard detail going? lol Device reps don’t call it a “detail”. Only
    Pharma refers to it as a “detail” and that’s what Dianne calls it as does sales training. Culture is awful!! Worst ever. Don’t take my word for it, just look at the rep turnover since launch on LinkedIn and reach out to anyone of the hundreds of reps who worked at the company for less than 1.5 years since the launch. We only stuck around that long so we wouldn’t be a labeled a job hopper to future employers.

    Oh really, how may of those “successful reps” are still there? Who are you kidding?! I could count on two hands how many of them are still there. And they’re only still there because their territories are performing well, they work 4 hours a day, or they are too insecure and afraid to leave like a woman in an abusive relationship.

    Not bitter at all??? Then why are you constantly on the Exact threads bashing the company non-stop? You are WEAK!!! Everything you post proves what an insecure, weak individual you are. It's no wonder you couldn't make it.

    Hey crybaby, the top 100 reps that consistently have stayed in the upper 50% across all 3 years are all still here and producing. If you think that the best, most successful reps here do it on 4 hours a day, you are an idiot. As far as calling successful reps insecure and too afraid to leave... when you are losing the argument you resort to lashing out at the leaders. Your a child.

    You need an EI check.This is the first Exact thread I’ve ever posted on. I was a top performing rep who left for a much better opportunity with a real medical device company. The only reason I decided to post was because the title is “Beware”. I want people to know the truth and “beware” before they decide to go work for such a toxic culture which stems from terrible sales leadership. I’m done.

    Youre spot on, I got out as fast as I could... they sell you a bill of goids mgt is the worse... 90s/2000 pharma was way better than this weird corporate culture!
