Yea, very realistic. Most reps make 300-400k a year, the greatest job in the world. Simply read all the glowing comments in this thread and you'll no doubt beg for the position.
the Atlanta territory is not good for BS, too many rurals and SNFs buy refurb BVI over prime and your margins are piss. The only large deals in this territory will be VA and the nationional accounts team gets the commission while you do the paperwork. All be warned Verathon is not a place for talent. It is crumbling from the inside out
