Please fire Alisha. She is incompetent and totally demotivating to us. If you value history please look at her disastrous track record at Novartis. Nobody likes her.

It’s so bad that you take the time to complain in the middle of our national meeting. This is what Biogen has become I guess. I don’t necessarily agree she was demotivating. More like over promises & under delivers.

 

Get a life. If you can't see how she's transforming this place maybe you need to leave.

 

Most people at Novartis loved Alisha. We are sorry that she is gone. You guys are lucky to have her.

You guys are a bunch of ungrateful assholes. You’re saying you’d rather have Ciaffoni back or all the other SVP’s that have been completely worthless? You need to leave! I hope more of you morons are weeded out. (And no this is not Alisha, just someone who has been here many years, has watched this place crumble and actually seeing someone who knows she’s quickly changing things for the better). Please for your sake and for everyone else around you, get the f out.
