Everyone is leaving. RC has turned into a dumpster fire. Once a great company that people were proud to work for. Now their top reps can't get out of their fast enough.

 

Get out of their what fast enough?

 

Running from compensation plan changes....

 

You're not in hyper growth mode anymore sales reps. Plus they're are so many people now the territories are filling up and the shelf space is not going to grow double digits. Upper management sees you as useful idiots. The ROI is going to come out of labor and the market you've created which means no more sales bonuses. I saw this coming a few years back. You are being used like cheap stooges. Hope you see this for what it is.

 

Why are wages for reps in the field so low at RC? Very low and commission and bonus plan seems to be 20 pages long - pay outs over three years? I have never seen anything like this before.

 

Reps are all moonlighting somewhere else because they can't make a living at Return Central. There is no growth except at the dot coms. Why wouldn't you want to stay ?

 

What is the top comp for DMs? Are your bonuses still capped? Do you still wildly reward small territories?

 

Why would you say that?
