I’m not miserable. Unlike CR I have a soul, a family who I love and loves me. A group of peers who respect me and I respect and who enjoy working together and making each other better. I don’t need to demand unquestionable fealty from those who report to me in order to make myself feel just a bit less insecure. I have no problem recognizing the idiocy and narcissism that CR represents. I have no problem pointing out the insecurity that makes him a soulless pitiful human being. He has taken glee from destroying so many lives he doesn’t even deserve sympathy for his lonely existence. No, the only thing he has earned is the scorn he receives and the cautionary tale his life truly is.
So enjoy your time in the Cult Of CR. I’ve seen people like you. And I know the day will come when you , like those before you, will be cast out.

I see your head is so far up CR’s rectum your reading ability is impaired. I’m not angry or bitter. My soul is not being sucked out from me because I actually value it and won’t surrender it to someone as vile as CR. When you are secure in who you are and when you know you know what you are doing you can deal with people like CR. It’s really amazing how much better your life can be when your success and sense of fulfillment isn’t based on tearing down those around you. By your comments and CR’s actions, the only way you can feel good about yourself is by tearing down others. And it galls and baffles you when your intimidation and bully techniques don’t have the desired effects

It’s not so much CR’s system, it’s the delivery. Total lack of honesty. When JH came to Chicago everyone actually liked him and were willing to give it and him a chance. Six to twelve months later and the individual targeting and bullying were evident. DMs even leaving because they were not allowed to let reps out of the discipline process when the rep was actually meeting requirements. They had to keep digging and keep them there. Nightmare.

That is just one scenario. Let’s not get started on the RD listening in on DM to rep phone conversations without rep knowing. All for coaching purposes of course. Sure.
