Considering they just laid off a ton of MSLs on teams that just launched a drug, one the CEO says is a priority for 2018, I don’t think they really care. Word is you will possibly get a retention bonus, but it will be much less than your normal yearly bonus. Just rumors for now. You should be applying elsewhere already, as I’m sure you know. The market is great for experienced MSLs right now.
