    No one is complaining about Sharon Wolfington. 1.9 million in compensation in 1 year from Blackstone. That's right!!! Anyone that complained or cared about this company was pushed out by her. If you are reading this, I don't care if you are outside or inside. Sharon has only shown us that she doesn't care who you are or what you bring to the table. If you don't have the same ideas that she does and you voice your concerns that you have you are gone.

    Do you have a new idea or a "Own It"? Well you better make sure it doesn't cross Sharon, because a true "Own It" brings the possibly that your "Own It" is different than the company's direction and might conflict with Sharon's thinking. Even though your "Own it" could benefit the company, if Sharon doesn't like it or you have a less then positive attitude your gone.

    I've seen great TM's and Inside reps leave and continue to leave. During this time the revenue keeps dropping and dropping. Sharon's response "We expect these loses". $1.9 million she gets in compensation in year one. 7 million less revenue and counting in lost revenue this year so far and counting. Have another glass of wine Sharon. 50% paycut to the TM's and Inside while demanding more, more and more...

    This model failed at Stryker Sharon can't believe you found another to company to buy your bullshit.

    I'm an outsider but was at DJ a long time ago.. I would say Mogul has failed terribly and bringing in Sharon was a gift; to her.

    Culture of accountability... Should start at the top with all of them.

    She is a piece of garbage...professing Catholic/Christian beliefs and not behaving on them or following them....firing the top RD for years...and reps.....bringing in second class leaders who were fired for cause from Stryker like JD in the NE, etc. Sharing that over 50% of the new ASD's will fail and that's the expectation. Continuing to hide personal friends from Orthofix and Biomet behind fake created positions to steal business unethically. Overall a lying, vindictive person who is insecure and needs Porsche to drive to show off. Should have stayed working for Daddy's bus company.

    Is it a coincidence that now after Sharon and mike have hired all the "top" managers from Stryker to come to DJO specifically recovery sciences, As if that is the only place you can find good leaders and sales reps. That Stryker has moved up on the Forbes 500 list and recovery sciences has become even more disfunctional and continues to lose market share and revenue?

    It's funny how she has pulled the wool over the eyes of all the DJO investors with motion is medicine, When that concept has been a round for over a decade it was called office care. Same concept different name.

    EVP of Global Operations fired this week. Back to Ireland after failing miserably. 2 others left voluntarily to join Breg (pricing coordinator and customer care mgr). Things not looking up for DJO and Mike the Mogul.

    Sharon this isn't a movie. This is real life with employees with families to support. I will put this into movie terms so you understand. Sharon (Liam Neeson) is someone that has the job to protect his (her) family (family being the employees) which you have failed at doing.

    In regards to you stating that you having skills we know that isn't true since you're the reason why this company is failing.

    You failed at Stryker. You are failing here.

    Maybe you and Steve Scansaroli can start your own business but Steve would say you don't have the right tits to make it work!!!!!

    70 more people were let go of last week and they are now going back to the old structure where Empi and CMF are separate entities. What a cluster of idiot leaders they have running that place, Blackstone really missed the boat when they let MM take the helm and if that were not bad enough they chose SB who is even worse. Good luck defending yourselves on the suit filed in NY too.

    Gee I which I got to meet Sharon after reading all this. But after working at DJO for 19 years, I was invited to a conference call and told by Sharon my services were no longer needed. Never met her, never spoke to her.

    You guys are all on the money. Saw all of this before. Do not want to say too much but would recommend moving on to preserve your sanity and reduce your stress. Focus on the important things like family. Some reps really loved her...until their numbers hit a wall....then it got ugly. The body count was pretty high at Biomet and SYK before she moved on. "The B and C talent leave when you bring in the A talent" was the BS sold to HR for a while. Guess it was luck that the B & C talent grew incredible market share for the company for the past X years before they were deemed turds.

    Until then keep your chin up, SUPER positive attitude and all your responses should be followed with "great idea!" or "excellent!".

    Warning - do not seek to build solidarity with religion - remember, she is part of some obscure sect of the church that is only known to a few and never spoken about. They are put on this earth to do "great things" and any human casualties are likely God's will. You are NOT, and never will be part of the club.

    Michael p mogul owned a corporation in Florida with jack c Jieafa Stryker rep,dr Richard l Levitt surgeon consultant in miami for mako and Stryker,they also owned arthroscopy excision instruments later to be named arthrex
