I heard some cuts were made in the corporate office. Are we next?

 

Was just structure change in corporate office. couple people canned. they need us won’t cut us.

 

I heard they canned both of the lesbians ? Work place relationships at this company are so screwed up! That’s the way to get ahead .

GB mentioned too many reps on the force for the amount of revenue being brought in. Leo actually had a rep out east get 1 RX of Enstilar on a recent weekly! A sales force restructuring is most certainly on the way. Anyone in a small producing territory with bad access to targets better dust off the old resume. Rumor is that changes are coming by end of Q2...

 

If that's true regarding the 1 Rx of Enstilar, they should get rid of that rep and others that have territories producing similarly. They clearly aren't bringing in enough money to pay their salary, or make the company money, so lets cut them loose and pay the increased bonus money to the reps who actually make the company money. A restructuring is probably the best thing.

 

No kidding! A restructure is certainly needed. We have the largest Derm sales force in the industry and territories that LOSE money for the company on a weekly basis. If you want to have a laugh, look at the Enstilar redemptions for the metro district. As of now, they have 3 reps with ZERO Enstilar redemptions for the month of April and one rep with only 1!!!! That district can’t afford the gas for their cars let alone their salaries / bonuses! A layoff is the only logical answer. Brutal!

 

Any updates on layoffs? True...???

I haven't heard anything about layoffs....yet. I think it'll happen when they finally get sick of losing money paying low volume territories top bonus money with this screwed up IC plan. Thanks Alex!!

 

seems like in last week a lot of people are resigning. What’s going on? Are people leaving for more money?
