You need to come up with a new answer. The, "check with your FRM" or "what does the FRM say" or "have the FRM look into it" doesn't work anymore. It never really worked. The FRM's job is to pull through existing RXs. They are not designed to find out what is going on with a plan. Your job is to understand payer policy and be the expert on the plan. Some tips if a plan doesn't tell you what you want with your first ask: try someone else try your friends in the industry try someone with another plan (assuming you know anyone anywhere) try LinkedIN try physically going to an office try cold calling try someone else until you find someone who will talk to you and build from there I don't need you to pull information off the website and send it to me through my DM. I can do that myself. I did it months before you did. I need you to get into plans, develop some relationships, and give me information that I can use to maximize my sales. I understand that your business plans call for you having a set number of interactions with the FRM. So be it. You can do that in a single 5 minute talk once a month. If you look at your accounts and you say, well I don't have any contacts here and i haven't for over 5 years, well then try something new. At least try.
