The endoscopy account manger Discounts his/her capital sale so they can shoehorn the unwanted ET into the account. It’s a shell game that really pisses off the customer but it’s a win for the ET rep. Truthfully, there is NO need for an ET sales force (no offense)....the EAM’s do all the selling of capital and ET.

VP “retired,” thank christ. a lot of useless people hanging around, some of upper management is starting to see the light. dead weight starting to finally get cut in sales, but this place will never be clean. neither will any other company though. inside info is that there are more “retirements” to come in other divisions, but they are still all about protecting their friends.

 

BSC is taking Olympus externally and internally. Managers need to lead and understand their market and competition. Why is BSC on top? What advantages do they have? What are OCA’s challenges? How do we overcome those challenges?
