I seriously doubt the poster with $103k base unless he/she is a manager. They hired 3 different levels of reps and the base salary match the level. The other reason I doubt the above poster is they are not doing car allowance but giving fleet cars. Some of the other things listed are not exactly correct either.

I will say their package was quite attractive, but not to the tune of $103! They appear to be off to being a top notch company to work for.

launch going okay, but patients can't find a pharmacy & don't want mail order so docs don't want to write until stocking is better.

next expansion wave is doing interviews in 12-15 territories in the next couple of weeks with anticipation of being onboard by Nov 2016. Training for a week in NJ. Hiring at 3 different levels of experience.

Do you want accountable for schedule II stimulant in today's world? Samples of schedule II drugs require double locks in offices and docs are hesitant these days having liability. Tris only wants ADHD experience and slower than a turtle responding back.

You have it right. Sold Peds in the South. No medicaid coverage. Docs believe if its not on Medicaid why should they cross over write? Then, I would put them on the spot about why they were offering the same options to a commercial patient, who has a job, works and has good insurance? If they have commercial, means they are working and cant afford to miss work and want there kids to not miss school which means they still miss work!

If the company has a good commercial savings card AND lets you go after "total dirt" - it can be done. I did it and blew it out. Despite other states like TX having all that Medicaid coverage. :/

Had to combat the pharmacies saying my drug was expensive. Told docs "Their not finishing the sentence. Expensive to stock, not expensive for your X, Y or Z patient".

Anyways, I want back in selling to PEDs. Best job I ever had!
    Hope this helps.

There is not sample accountability. No companies sample Cii's... no samples mean no liability for HCP's or reps. Apparently you have no ADHD experience! Tris is a great company to work for!

Tris is a terrible place to work. Best thing I did was leave.
