It is evident with who she picks as district managers (a bunch of tell what she wants to hear), she lies, our numbers are weak and our strategy is detail the docs on eobs while dms offer gift cards to get one from our accounts, marketing director has no clue but sure can break the math down via email how to sell the spread, and we all had to spend so much time out of the field working on a power point presentation that took so much time from us. Is this the math you are talking about? it was the email from marketing! this was broken down from the marketing director via an email sent. i don't know if he is or isn't talking about selling spread but generally math like this whether directly or not can really get the government to look into your company. he didn't say not to use this math but if the government looks into why people are using hymovis i'm sure it would show it wasn't for clinical reasons but more so for reimbursement. i'll be gone soon. this company i had high hopes for. once aldo left it was downhill after that. Aldo was highly incompetent and behind closed doors, was an absolute nightmare to reps. Legally speaking, he should be in jail and the Italians who kept him at the realm of Fidia ruined a very good company to pad thier pockets. It is hell. If you are reading this, know that abuse like this in the workplace is not typical and you need to find another job. Everyone thought, oh finally they got rid of Aldo. No, they just put another horrible person in place to keep the same operation going because the turnover and noise of abuse was so high. Run my friend and don’t look back.
