Selling at fidia

  1. am I the only one in the company that is spending more time cleaning up messes caused by reimbursement? I spend more time on dealing with reimbursement matters than actual selling. My DM is not savvy or experienced enough to help sell. The other concern I am having is I believe our fearless national director is lying to us so we have been lying to our prescribers. By far this is an embarrassment and the most unethical company I have worked for. In other districts I am hearing reps getting threatened and in fact a thread on the fidia message board speaks of it. Thank you HR for having our backs I mean for stabbing us and thank you marketing and the national sales director for failing the sales force and lying that it’s us the sales force failing and not you. Oh and I also read our national director has been a part of failed companies. Is that correct?

    will one of m teammates answer this question. Why won't fidia push for an asp? Is it so they don't have to report numbers? I am frustrated with all the reimbursement issues and I also feel like I am lying to my docs and their offices. I feel dirty and doesn't help corporate is untrustworthy. Time to start looking.
