Screwed at CMF

    Yeah, I left after 3 consecutive years of just nuts balls quota increases. I'm a one of our competitors now and their culture and growth goals are actually human. I feel great.

    Same! This division sucked at Stryker but cmf is actually fun at the competitor.

    Very true...it is a dead market that is being commoditized. There isn't a lot out today that actually isn't when you think about it. How many calls each week do you get from recruiters trying to sell great opportunities selling tissue? Talk about a saturated market.

    What kind of tissue are you talking about? The stupid woundcare gigs or real biologics/allografts/xenografts?

    does anyone know how much national marketshare we own vs KLS and Synthes? Where do have our biggest strongholds. In my area its mostly Synthes and Im trying to play catch up.

    you will never convert as much kls biz as you hope to. You guys really screwed up on this one.

    Enjoy your change-resistant docs that won’t use your plates while you struggle to achieve your VSP quota. Yet mgmt will spin it as all good! You know I’m right.

    yeah kls guys are like a cult and they will default to synthes in my experience but something in the KLS coolaide makes tthem think out plates and screws are freakin garbage.

    but your plates and screws are garbage, so really they aren't that far off. stryker got by for years with garbage because they hired good sales people. too bad that's changing eh?
