toxic place to work!

    This is awful. This must be the only company in the world where we don't review managers. I'm so sick of the bs. There is no growth for new employees. WTF is this company still hiring so much when we all know something's gotta give. Frustrated. Time to polish the resume.

    I really don't agree with you. I came here back in January of 2015. I came from a much larger pharma company and have really loved the culture here. In fact, I feel a strong loyalty to this company. The managers and TBM's in the region where I am located are all top notch. At any pharma company there are always problems with goal setting, getting proper credit for sales... At least here, I think they have been pretty transparent and always try to do right for the field. Look what they did with Vivitrol goals recently. I've never seen that done at any other pharma company I have worked at.

    5461 has not panned out as we had hoped, so far. I don't believe they hired any DBL's or TBM's for those position, but we were very forward looking in getting the process rolling and having a great candidate pool should the news have been more favorable. How can you fault a company for that. I think if we had good news on 5461 and it was full speed ahead and we hadn't started interviewing, you would probably be complaining that we haven't hired enough people yet or we didn't start interviewing soon enough. If you don't like it here, you should most definitely get some resume's out to find a place that is a better fit for you. I tend to think that you may find a lot to complain about at what ever company you may end up at. i just hope you will find out sooner rather than later as we have a lot of work to do here and may just be better off if you found another place to work.

    If there was better news on 5461 we would all be much happier, but that didn’t happen did it? MS is at fault for that blunder. It was not ready to send to the FDA but maybe they didn’t get the memo that MS is the smartest man in pharma. Yes we did hire managers that quit their jobs and now are scrambling due to MS. Don’t even get me started on AK. Keck is the only real leader here and you can take that to the bank!

    Well, I don't agree with you. 5461 is the fault of bad decisions. What is the path forward? How come there was no clear discussion about that?

    The path forward will be explained once MS thinks of it. Heard he is playing in a big golf tournament this weekend in Florida so maybe next week news will start to leak out. Hope that helps!

    Forgive me but Jesus is he path forward is clear. Sell the hell out of what’s available today. I’m amazed at how entitled some folks feel. Building a company takes time. It’s a marathon not a sprint. Delays happen. Products don’t get approved. Approved products get pulled after being approved. It happens. Grow a set folks and be thankful for what you have or get on with it and take your show on the road

    Agreed! The path forward for 5461 will be more clear after we meet with the FDA. That's how it works boys and girls. We are in a tough and difficult industry. I'm glad I have been afforded the opportunity to work here and will continue to bust my hump for this company as long as I am allowed to. I remember what it was like when I worked at other pharma companies before coming here. This place may not be perfect but it is far better than most of the co's I was at before coming here.

    I hope we can continue to move forward with 5461. If not - Next! We will survive and even thrive if we work together to get it done.

    Finally a few positive messages and smart people that know how to express themselves. For all the negative people, you should consider looking for another job if you think things are not good. We want to keep a positive culture here.
