I haven't visited Cafe Pharma is a long while and came on to see. A former teammate notified me of all the chatter about my ex company. Wow!! Is all I could think of. Nothing has changed. I figured once Aldo left if would get better but it sounds like it has GOTTEN WORSE. I'll leave with what Steve Jobs said 'In Weak Companies Politics win. In Strong Companies best ideas win.' Fidia USA is a very weak company and will always be from the toxic culture that EXISTS and the mentality culture that is created. DM's especially mine would play favorites, finger point, lie and deceive. The Director who I had high hopes for failed because she was too busy playing politics and lying. She is in over her head. Ideas don't get attention but throwing people under the bus at their expense get the attention. Wonder why numbers are weak? Look no further than the top and stop at the middle. From Marketing to HR to the Director. They have failed because they are consumed in politics.
JOSS? Aldo? I am very confused as to why anyone would think either of those two would comment on this thread. However, I am even more confused how Josephine received the national director position when all the chatter is every company she has lead has failed. I have heard the number is six. This will make #7. I just wish the Italians would get it right and make a change very soon. Replace her with two Directors. I would love to see a director covering East of the Mississippi and the other covering West. With California being our largest market why not have a RD out of there. You have California and Texas two very large states. No need to have two RD's on the east coast. Logistically it would make sense to have both spread out. Re-hire the DM's, get rid of our HR person. She is by far as unethical as Lord Josephine. This company came in to the HA market late with its two shot. The price is way too high and the data is weak. I get Lord Josephine wants everyone to sell "spread" but that goes so far considering we have reimbursement issues and have had them for a while. Patti, David and Roy are not bringing us value. All Patti wants to do is throw everyone under the bus to make her look so freaking smart but reality is we are failing and it isn't the sales force. It starts at the top. The ND has no plan other than have us all work on a 70 page power point. From the looks of it she bought that template from Amazon! Roy and his two sidekicks are not strong and some of the DM's are weak. Our marketing director has a voice for radio but doesn't have a brain for buy and bill. Saad is Fidia's strength. He and the MSL's are solid. Our sales force is good. Build around them. Clean house. If we haven't improved since Aldo has left than make a change. I believe it has gotten worse.
I guess there is a lawsuit. I don't know. Does anyone know? Is it for the 401k mess? I wouldn't be surprised if they have one for unlawful termination and discrimination soon. Seems like some of the people this company has let go were actually doing a good job from a numbers perspective. By letting some of the people go and being mum about it makes me wonder if they can let some of the reps that were working go who is to say I am not next or anyone else. Looking at the numbers from a lot of large territories why haven't they not been asked to go yet? Just a mess here. Anyone looking go to medreps.com they have a lot of jobs.
This company let me go immediately after I made bonus for the quarter. I was at 120% growth. It was the best thing to ever happen to me. I scrubbed it from my resume and got my career back in track. Fuck you fidia.
