I said I was recently hired. Not part of the old managers team. I was told they were willing to pay this amount when I can on as they need strong new leadership as opposed to the current lazy clueless leadership on the team that are staying around because no one else will hire them.

There are no new managers in the West so unless they just hired a new manager in the East you're full of shit. If they did hire someone new in the East recently it'll be very easy to determine who you are. You're willing to brag about a salary that reps are getting at AZ Biologics! Not to mention, what dumb ass would come to this sinking ship to be an RM??

Can't speak for West coast, but I can't believe that they have worse managers out there than we have here in the east.

I can speak for the West coast. I can't believe your managers out East are less competent then what we have left here in the West. Ask around about the managers we have left in Tx and Ca.
Both those areas lost their top managers to AZ some time ago.

Great point????? Wait, only 1 Mgr from both states combined went to AZ so may want to do a fact check. Go fill out some surveys and shut the fuck up. Yes, Brenda Lee is a huge (waste/waist) of space. However, the original thread was pointing some poser or a completely inept person just identified themself as a contributor to Cafe Pharma if in fact there was recently a new hire. Company is full of below average, average, and excellent reps and managers just like any company. Find one thread of CP from any company that isn't virtually identical.

I’m a manager that’s been here for 15 plus years and make 187,000 salary and average 45k to 62k bonus. So an experienced manager coming on board would easy make $150k salary.

I concur. If you are making less, then you are a terrible negotiator
