The 10 + SEC Whistleblower have proven enough for an investigation and the DOJ is along for the ride.
Tons of specifics, tons of evidence, documents and photos. Interesting that MiMedx execs are so worried about the truth that they come here and cut and paste on CP. Thought the were too busy using their acumen and running a very effective company? By the way, how much cash does MiMedx have on hand today? 13 dollars?

Is it me or is this investigation very similar to the Trump Russia claims? I was at an account today and there were 3 reps in the same account selling MiMedix. All 3 worked for different companies and all 3 were pretty busy. The one that was direct told me that Mimedix was thriving and would last forever. She was maybe 20. The other 2 are seasoned distributors and both admitted that they were getting as much money as possible while it lasted. The sales channels at this company are so crazy that it has to be a total nightmare to track.

 

These threads are so ridiculous. The one common thing is that short sellers..and it's extremely obvious....will go to any and all print channels to spread their opinions, rumors, and few facts. And some of them still can't even spell the company name because all they know is the stock ticker. I guess hashtags don't have a purpose for them here on cafepharma.

 

Really? Is the DOJ, VA OIG, SEC ridiculous? Not being able to produce audited financials ridiculous? I think MiMedx not being able to report quarterly earnings is ridiculous.

Having a conference call and not taking questions is ridiculous . Wow, Pete is a crook and the stooges with him are all going down!

I hope these guys look good in orange. Unfortunately it won't be punishment enough for trashing the market for an entire category of useful products. MiMedX is in the process of setting regenerative medicine back 10 years, due to rampant fraud and abuse.

Their science and financials are both fraudulent and can not be believed. You have to wonder why Parker would want to go out this way. Ending his career as a both a con artist and possible felon

 

He's not "going out" this way, he's always been this way. He's built his fortune and his companies around fraud and abuse, his entire career. He surrounds himself with enablers who get paid well to look the other way, and does everything in his power to destroy the people who develop a conscience. MiMedX is just the latest in a long string of misconduct.
