Janssen HIV part-time contract. Any comments?

Interviewed with Global Talent Acquisition person from IQVIA for this position who knew nothing about HIV sales. Would manager be a Janssen HIV manager, or an IQVIA manager? Only 30 reps in the nation? Hire date 4/30 but IQVIA still conducted interviews as of yesterday, less than 2 weeks before start date. Why so slow with interview process?
