Leaders in modern day corporate cultures are nothing more and nothing less than overpraised and overpaid administrative assistants. Most employees with the title of administrative assistant actually know more than those they serve and support. It is a sad truth.

OMG that is hysterical. H.R. with Doctorates?? Most of these clueless twits can't find their car in the parking garage at the end of the day. H.R. is where they put minorities to make their corporate picture look diverse because they know they won't be able make strategic decisions or impact corporate performance. The only thing H.R. is capable of is fucking people over that leadership has already decided need to go.

Just ask his direct reports. The biggest backstabber in the industry. All in the name of social justice. With time this reverse racist movement will run its course and those holding the torch will be exposed.

What ever you do, don't cross this guy or you will become an instant target for the wrath of human resources. They will be his biggest defender. I am sure he is their darling that represents everything they supposedly stand for. Human resources is the tip of the iceberg of reverse discrimination and reverse racism in AZ.

They are out there however, there voices are suppressed. When need to send Rod back to the corn fields where he came from. Change starts at the top and Rod a mayor part of the problem.

Sadly, I thought he would help improve the culture in CV. It has gotten worse if that is even possible I wonder if the problem isn’t even higher above like as in Ruud?
