No idea but there are recent rumors about a list based on recent activities by management against some people.

Why do they target people in hopes that they will quit?

Mihales hates free thinkers and those that will speak up and challenge the status quo. He wants young, inexperienced kids that he thinks he can mold into little soldiers (like Hitler Youth) that just do as ordered and never challenge. also pay them a shit salary. It's a plan that will fail like every other idea from senior leadership.

That may somehow explain what us going on now but some people have been targeted for a long period of time and some managers have made things personal by targeting specific people.

Does he hate women too because they are more targeted than the men?

    LOL
I can't come up with a single idea from senior leadership that has been successful. Let's all remember some of the best: sampling like we sell BP meds, enough commercial co-pay cards for each and every schiz pt in the US, locked databases of only 80 HCPs, triages are your responsibility now, triages are non of your business now, diagnosis and action plans, courageous conversations and the newest: skills assessments. So many more........

The board needs to find new leadership. Vanda is the worse company to work in all of pharma

leadership? The board needs to actually hire a leader. There is no leadership at the head of Vanda. There is a greedy self absorbed dictator that hides behind closed doors and issues gag orders on any legitimate topic that could actually help the company . He and GP have Tommy and the three regional stooges are just errand boys (and girl) to those to the ants in the field . Hire a legitimate respected team-oriented and trusted CEO and CCO and clean house of ALL regional and national management. Vanda is doomed under the current circus.

Milhalis is simply a criminal that steals from his own employees. His greed will lead to the eventual downfall of Vanda.

His greed and his complete lack of common sense, integrity, transparency, personality and ability to lead.

General Counsel resigned... does MP have another child we don't know about who just finished law school?

Head of HR and General Counsel both run from the burning building. They may as well go somewhere where their opinions matter. At Vanda, there is one and only one opinion that carries any weight, that of the tantrum throwing CEO from hell. Vanda HQ is hell.

I’ve heard several people have gotten these “letters”. Can anyone post the contents? Copy and paste?

Tom Griffin, elementary PE teacher pretended to come up with the skill letter idea to impress his bosses but he did the same truck at that large group of companies that fired him. Company after company have thrown his worthless ass to the street but GP and MH promote him. That says volumes about how sad of leaders they all are.

Presidents club winners have gotten nothing for 2017. That is complete shit. It is April. Although some now have the "skills letter" because of Hetlioz. There is a special place in hell for heartless fucktards like Dr Poly, GP and Tom.

General Counsel and Secretary of the Board has only been with Vanda since September 2015. His exit speaks volumes.

Stock drops after release of Q1 performance. Dumbass CEO overpromises on Hetlioz sales as he is sure he can strong arm and intimidate reps to sell it at all costs, regardless of indication. Time for a leadership change.

How can you motivate a salesforce when you retroactively change bonus? I've never seen such a selfish, criminal, and corrupt CEO. The board needs to get new leadership asap for the company to grow. Maybe someone who doesn't hire their kids into positions they are obviously not qualified for.

  19. You may be on to something. When did Milhalis hire a third kid? What is Medical Analytics? Is he doing our IC number crunching now too with Yanni?

What do you all think? Is this compensation “consistent with the compensation offered to other employees” who had no industry experience before working for the family business?

You know what's funny about this is . . . Oh who am I kidding. There's not a fuc*%ing thing funny about this. And I'm not surprised at all!!!

Now all of you get out there and get intakes or the poor Polymeropoulos children may have to settle for a measly 2% raise. Retroactive of course.
