    interviewing for this position
    True about the compensation?
Is it an on call 24 position?

Bard great stock! Products are commodity with a high gross profit. At the current P/E could be overpriced. Consistent performing stock which has exceeded sales expectations and consistently improved GP. Long time Senior management who has "let go" of underperforming division presidents. Win at all cost mentality. Greatest growth opportunity is outside the US and greatest expansion of sales force will be outside the US. Dominating market share in commodity products with second rate competition.

High turnover in marketing and sales
Median tenure is 3 years and the average is skewed by a couple of long tenured reps and the managers who typically are somewhere between 5-10 years of tenure
Turnover is 16% per year or greater which means sales force completely turns over in 6 years

Average experience is 2-3 years B2B with max 2 years of Pharma must show performance
    Must have the "Vegas Factor"
    Bleed "Bard Green"

Average age of reps is 31-32
Average age of manager is 35
Average age of Regional is 38-39
    Overall average age is 34

You will hear that top reps earn well over 200. However, comp plan is set for 175 k at plan.
Your manager will develop you by telling you to "fix it"
You will earn Optimum but never collect it

If you are a female, you will be objectified. If you are female and pregnant, good luck while you are out on maternity and good luck not getting the best part of your territory removed. If you are married, you'll be expected to cheat. If you drink, you'll be expected to work hard and play harder. If you are smart, you'll document so you can "settle" without having to sue.

If you are religious, duck or justify it all in the name of God. If you get on the wrong side, watch how your accounts get removed or your new accounts have been torched.

Every company has a culture. Bard's is unique. There are a lot of "ex" Bard reps and because of the "reputation" as to how they do business, that could help or hurt you in your next job interview. It's a tough job and if you perform and maintain your ethics, it says something.

At least you didn't include the word "work" before at.

there are two of them. One is now a director at Biopsy and was the RM and the other is still an RM. Which one are you referring to?

So I am interviewing for an associate role coming from a year in b2b, is this a good opportunity or should I put in more time in my current role to get a better associate role somewhere else? I can't tell if I should dive in or run for the hills?
