    Great company, decent pay & benefits, pension, good products...but management is a joke and ruins the company culture with an "old boys club" mentality. Diversity is not something you see in management here. Very few people of color or different ethnicities in middle and upper management. I have heard managers make inappropriate comments about women but reps are hesitant to report it to HR because you will be gone in under a year. It's a shame when you can't count on anyone having your back if you speak out. Crapshoot on which manager you get. A few of them are very good, most are not. Good luck.

    The ppl writing about Chet Ahn are the liars. He is beloved by his reps. Not a micro. He’s won PT 4x in the last 5 years. Don’t talk about things you know nothing about

    I agree with poster #18. Chet Ahn is one of the good guys. There are a lot of toxic managers on the sales force but he is not one. The toxicity was there long before Chet came on board. He was smart to move to another region. If you want a toxic manager/director look at MB and RR.
