Notice insider trades and how dramatically they changed and that shares are being sold once they vest? Ratings have changed dramatically. If you think that the HCC indication is going to give it a boost, you are mistaken. All the consultants say cabo will be a 3rd line therapy at best, and that is only 20% of the patients.
