I heard we just got a new CEO at Novelion. Any insight on this guy? Where did he come from, background, etc. Just curious.

So no one has a legit answer on this?

This place has no leadership! Everyday another person leaves because this is a horror show, with no hope of surviving. One drug that is dying, and one that they have wasted multiple opportunities to do anything with and its now too late.

Such negativity. I for one am starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. New Novelion leadership seems to be in tune with the market. Keeping a positive attitude. Anyone else?

What is the consensus on JH after the first few months? I am not sure he is considered as much of an upgrade as Jason tends to think he is. Not to mention he appears to be slightly awkward in his communication.

Let's give JH a break here. It seems like he has done a lot in his career to turn companies around. He does have pretty vast experience in similar sized companies as well as much larger ones. And he came up through the ranks so he should understand what we sales people have to deal with. I guess time will tell though.

Thanks Jeff, or Jason. It's encouraging to see our executive leadership trolling, and responding, on CP. Par for course here.

Jason is a notorious cafepharma poster. Just an FYI.

History of fraud. Under investigation by the SEC and FBI. Fined by the SEC for $4.1 million. Changed name to Novelion - they put lipstick on the pig, but it's still a pig. Stock continues it's poor performance and remains under $4.00 a share. Sad!:(

So anyone have an update on how we feel the new leadership is doing? JH has been in charge for a while now. What's the verdict so far? I think the company is starting to see some positive changes. Anyone else have an opinion?

Exactly. But you obviously didn’t read everything. Under investigation for fraud by previous leadership and scumbag reps who are all gone now so no bandaid. New leadership and brand new small sales force picking up the pieces for what could be a good company.

This company is a joke. I interviewed with somewhere around 5-6 people at home office. Flew me in for the event. I understand they decided to go another direction and completely accept it. But for them to not even reach out to let me know with a quick 1-2 minute call is very unprofessional.

Probably were not even worth the phone call, sorry.

Very quiet on this board. Any updates on how people are feeling since the new leadership came in a Novelion? I'm liking it but would love to hear some other opinions.

Define "liking it"? High level people are leaving here every week and they are doing nothing to address it. Jeff H can't complete a sentence without tripping over his thoughts and stuttering over the simplest of topics; Murry is planning for 2030 with no plan to get there OH and no money btw; Linda cackles her way through life with not a clue of what she is doing or what is important to employees; BOD now finally realized that Jason A was not a good fit and ousted him. New cast of characters are going to now try it 'their way' while we burn money month over month and quarter over quarter. So if that is your idea of "liking it" you may need to pour yourself a stiffer drink over the holiday because the fireworks will continue to go off here until the doors close or we are acquired for $1.99 a share.

Probably best if someone serious buys them out. Leadership is spinning, bring in the dollars we’ll maybe find some money. Surprise rhis isn’t how it works its the other way around. As for people leaving its true a new person leaves everyday, no continuity and an easy excuse to do more of nothing.

Too bad, they could have had some success with a little vision, direction and plan

Yes, the fireworks and departures will most likely continue until the doors close or the company is bought. Very sad, as the company has/had a lot of talented people. Unfortunately, mismanagement of assets, people and failure to develop a clear vision and a culture of integrity, collaboration and respect has taken a toll on this company that provides products that can help patients with rare diseases.

Agreed. This new "leadership" team does a lot of talking with no action or follow up which tells us a lot. They all hide in their glass offices, sprint from meeting to meeting, and act like they could give a F about anyone here or anyone who has left. And this will continue to go on now that JH is the 'interim CEO' since he is the worst offender. Go figure, Jason A hires JH, Jason A is canned...and now we are stuck with another one of his bad decisions. Someone stop the insanity. And for the record, murry should be the CEO since he is the only one with a practical vision

Is the 13D a sign of things to come? NVLN has gotten crushed recently.
