Denner targets Ironwood

How long do you think it will take him to sell Ironwood? I'm dusting off my resume.

to anyone who is still working for ironwood, better start looking for jobs now. Because when you get a surprise let go after trying to sell one of the worst drugs to ever hit the market, it's hard explaining to an employer who ironwood is. They have never heard of them. Even harder trying to explain why everyone sales numbers sucked because the drug is a complete flop. Leave now

 

Agreed. When employers ask for previous sales numbers and you have to explain why one of your drugs in your bag tanked and it wasn't just your territory. Wouldn't be surprised if Ironwoods gout meds go to an Authorized Generic (actually would benefit the company.) No one knows who Ironwood is and no one is impressed that you worked for the company.

 

Denner finally got on the board! Expect this company to be sold within 12 months.

 

He seems like a compassionate guy who cares about employees and their families

 

He cares that you’re underwater in your ESPP and stock options. Look at what he’s done with stock price in just 24 hours.

Pretty sure everyone is floating their resume. They better offer some awesome retention incentives if they expect reps to stick around.

 

Thanks to Denner, my ESPP and options will actually be worth something when I’m let go. The last group to be laid off weren’t so fortunate and didn’t make any money off of the stock, at least we will.
