I enjoy Turkey on a whole wheat wrap, pickles, American cheese, lettuce, and light mayo. A true culinary delight...

 

Ham, swiss ,lettuce, tomato, mayo on rye and always with the soup of the day

I had the same soup and it was delicious and no after effects other than easing my hunger. You were probably suffering from your booze habits.
