Never believed for a second that the patient's deductible was being offset by one of our coupons. Now, we see that they are not. When the coupon time limit runs out, all these patients think their deductible was being reduced the whole time they were using the coupon, then they try and refill it and WHAM, deductible shock!

Just another way to screw the patient.

i think this company has lost its identity and doesn’t know what it wants to be anymore so it wastes time running around doing pointless initiatives so people can look busy and justify their home office jobs.

make sure to use that new video coming out to show the culture of lundbeck. What a laughing effort. Seriously the person rolling this out spending our company profits on such nonsense has no place here.

Not true. The future of this company is “not quite big Pharma” and leadership knows it. It’s going to be high volume specialty drugs that complete with other branded high volume specialty drugs. Basically dog fights that devalue science and rep expertise and rely on marketing.

Good article that shows what is really going on with coupons. Just another way to steer patients to much more expensive brand name alternatives instead of generics that are a tiny fraction of the cost and work just as well. The deductible offset crap that they want us to push, is just that, crap.

But since we won't even have a chance of seeing 35700 until 2024, if then, they have to come up with something to sell these me too drugs. Think about that boys and girls, you will be selling the exact same drugs that you have been for the last 5 years or so, and the only change will be what the next "patient profile" person will be wearing! I know I'm excited!

Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, that had talent has left this company. You can start at the CEO and work your way down, and the only people left are either close to retirement or were promoted way, way past their level of competence.

All true but I've heard that our new patient profile, Annie, is going to be dressed all in black to show her depression. Is that cool or what!! What doctor could say no to that!!!???

Not true. there are still some with considerable talent in the field, but it's a.wonder why they haven't left yet. I could name.a number of ppl on the neuro side i would recommend for another job, but for whatever reason or another have chosen to ride things out with Lu. Maybe it's loyalty, maybe it's comfort, or maybe the right opportunity hasn't presented itself, but I wouldn't say they have all left. Who knows if their talents will be retained or not once ONFI leaves. My guess is that they could try to find them another opportunity on the psych side.

Its very simple why your Neuro friends (and others in psych) have not bothered to look. One, they are too lazy/busy with work and their personal lives to make the effort, more likely too lazy. Second, they feel "comfortable" at Lundbeck, and they don't like change. They don't want to start over yet again. Complacency is deadly. Third, it's always someone else that gets laid-off, not them. Although, if you look around, my guess is that 95% of the company lost their job and came to Lundbeck that way. Fourth, I will worry about that when I need to. Stupid yes, but very common.

I left over a year ago, got a 14% raise, stock options, profit sharing, 401K, and a manager that actually knows pharmaceutical selling, and treats me like a senior rep, and doesn't ride with me every time I turn around ! But most importantly, this company has a tremendous pipeline, which hopefully means I have a future here for years to come.

Everyone at US home office left for better opportunities except Peter and a smalll handful of others. Straight up complete turnover of marketing and Med affairs.

It's poor thinking on anyone's part that we all are lazy to not leave. It's foolish to just jump to a company unless you see a clear benefit in leaving. If the pay/territory and manager are a good fit, most of us will be leaving. Many new companies are coming, new medication launches and expansions of current sales forces. The "we are CNS" is a downfall for this company. To specialize in one area, is this really a benefit? Are you really doing things that are putting R&D in the brain diseases or is this just having a story that is why businesses fail?

There is zero reasons at this point that Lundbeck is who they claim to be. So far its been a lot of people at the top not being transparent and doing things to retain people. Apathy at all levels is sky high. The corporate tax savings hasn't done anything for the employees here in the USA. We aren't even close to being competitive with other big companies. Other companies at least gave some bonuses or pay raises to share that windfall of money from the corporate tax reduction.

Well my friend, you are forgetting just one important thing that was posted a few posts back! We are going to get the most impactful patient profile in the history of the industry....ANNIE IN HER BLACK DRESS! When docs see her in her black dress and how depressed she looks, they will HAVE to Rx Rex or Trin! Give me Annie any day over some brilliant biotech start up with and unbelievable pipeline, salary and bonus!

looks like the remaining bucket of commercian/medi-medi patients who can get and afford northera are all but a wet dream...... Northera costs more than most house payments a month. We should be called PharmaBro Jr
