At least upper management had the sense to get rid of the spazz cheerleader of a fake manager in Long Island. Maybe they’ll choose better this time.

Choose better? Look who’s doing the hiring? Same idiot who hired managers the last 15 years. He is worthless and sucks at hiring. Until leadership forces RD’s to move around into other roles, you’re going to get the same shit year after year. The best word to describe management all the way up to Kline....?
    Complacent.

Couldn’t have said it any better. Same goes for the managers. Its great to see managers leave on their own and succeed elsewhere. For the complacent and those crippled in fear: The grass is greener, the salaries are larger, the cars are nicer AND YOU GET RESPECT.

Yeah, BG was the worst! I heard crazy horror stories about the inappropriate things he’d say & do. Good riddance to him. No one was sad when AGN showed him the door.

wpw you sound like a mean botch. You won of those dumb dumb reps in CO or TX who don’t work and never leave your house and complain all the time. Everyone knows you don’t work. Pathetic to say least.

The management team is made up of many BG’s. Why? Because they took many of them from being a “big hospital manager” and gave them a people manager jobs with no hesitation. No formal management training, no people skills, no experience and suddenly they become a people manager. Many of them wouldn’t survive outside of Allergan hence why they all STAY! Allergan Neuro will never be what it was. RIP BMC

Another lazy do nothing day in Texas and Colorado. This job is so easy and pays really well for doing nothing hope it lasts forever. I’m gonna take another nap now....

You all must not have NF as a manager. Dude is a tyrant. Makes everyone’s life miserable. And zero results behind all the misery that he inflicts on everyone. Complete loser.

No. Just a smart person that knows the grass isn’t always greener. This whole industry is a cluster. Leaving just trades one set of problems for another. It’s not perfect anywhere and every company has their issues.

Some companies have it worse though & Allergan is near the top. Just look at the talent that has left in the last year. That speaks volume to how much of a cluster Allergan Neuroscience has become.

Thanks Jeff for chiming in. Just to remind you, you never left so shut your trap. Grass is very much greener.

The grass is definitely greener than it was at Allergan $$$$

True, but somehow, almost everyone that I know that has left is SO GLAD they did. In my experience, the grass actually is significantly greener. Yes, your next move could potentially flop but chances are, you’ll be glad you made the move.

So many new openings in your company....I was thinking about applying but not now. What is the problem? I called an allergan friend and he said to apply anywhere but here. Is there a lay off coming?
