Really! Looking for work since 2016? You arn't really looking for a job not in this economy with a les than 4% unemployment rate. Companies are looking for people. It's a joke right.

 

Lets stop the dumping on fellow employees etc and just post sensible and helpful thoughts. Yes anyone still out of work or underemployed must have some 'issues' and we need to be supportive. Hopefully HR reads this and will offer support. We have literally hundreds of openings right now from janitor to corporate suite.

 

Very sad, I feel your pain. With National employment at ~4% and deemed at "full employment", there's got to be something out there calling your name. Sometimes you have to take a step back before you can move forward to your ideal job. Did you ever consider that approach? My wife did it many years ago and came out smelling like a rose!

 

Maybe consider going back to school? An MA in Ed will do wonders. You can always get a teaching job if you get certified. Work 6 hours a day and 10 weeks off in summer. Just a thought if you are unemployable in pharma. Wonder, did you get on the corporate shit list?

I know a woman who did this and is now a school principal making nice money.

Guess this is your punishment being laughed at on cafe pharma and being unemployable in this industry. I'm sure your history here at Abbvie will be a case study for all HR departments to study about how a single person with no moral compassion or conscience can cause so much havoc for a company.

Let's hope this flamer continuing to comment in all caps is in fact a newbie, otherwise he's never got the message from the start. There still might be a chance that the apple can be polished and put back on display. Sad if this might be a seasoned veteran. If so, it's no wonder that they can't find a job.

Let's get back to the meaning of this thread.it's supposed to be about an old narcissistic former Manger who took down themselves and most of their district. They got in fights with other managers, pressured people to quit and repost for jobs ruining reps careers. This person also has the audacity to post how to manage employees older than himself. By looking at the photo there can't be anyone older than them to manage at this company.
