Don’t get too comfortable. AZ making cuts nationwide and your jobs will be the first to go. You’re a contact rep and they’ll keep a person with AZ first. Don’t think otherwise.

Haven’t heard of any layoffs. Where is this coming from. I just started on this contract.

We are not going to sell the nebulizer because it is TOO HIGH MAINTENANCE!!!!! You have wash a specific way, assemble it a specific way and disassemble a specific way. Plus you have to do it twice a day. Who runs this company? Are they stupid. We can't sell the simple device we have and this nebulizer will be one that sits on the shelf and forces the end of this contract. Guaranteed. The whole thing is a waste of money, just like the meeting LAS Vegas! So sad!!!

It's not a good sign when you have people quitting right before a launch.

Please let us know how are the managers doing. Do they understand the products don't sell. Are they on your back?

Managers over all seem to be okay..it's their manager, Tom that is clueless. My RBM just keeps his head down and stays off radar. He said Tom is a "ghost", that they rarely hear from him either. One of my friends from training said that her RBM is in panic mode though and is micromanaging them and can not understand why they are not getting many scripts.....

So the Las Vegas meeting is over. Not sure what's going to happen now because the contract still isn't signed. Mgrs were quiet so not sure if they know something. Whatever, I partied and enjoyed myself as though it was my last hurrah.

how long is this contract supposed to be for anyway? That information was never communicated.

The contract is supposed to be till January but I heard they don't even consider re-negotiation till summer time. All bets are off. The contract could get extended but that just depends on performance. Who knows? Though, I don't like how that hasn't been communicated properly to the CSO rep's.

It wasn't communicated because none of the full time people would have taken this job. The contract ends 3/31/2018. Today!! There is no contract going forward so anything can happen. Usually a contract is signed before it expires and I have never been on a contract that hasn't been renewed before the end date. This is a first for me. Not sure where the above post got that we were ok until "January". They are wrong.

I certainly hope the contract goes longer. There did seem to be a disconnect at the meeting with upper management. Not sure if PDI has a bright future with this company, nor should they want to.
Thus company expects you to go to your customers and ask them to convince their pst

Now I hear PDI is threatening reps with letters to pay back their March 31 bonuses to the company. Awe, did you screw up and accidentally pay out a BONUS. Oops! Wow, PDI is the worst company ever. They obviously are paying management and themselves with the money they owe to their reps they are underpaying. What a bunch of liars who should all be in jail. This contract and everyone involved is a JOKE.

When hired was told it was 1 year contract now they say it was always 2yrs ?? The people hired in January were told it is until end of March depending how well they do with hitting the 1800 q4 goal promised by Tom Clark to Sunovion. I heard we missed that number so I have no idea what to think anymore!!!!

Tom Clark also sold them on launching 2 new COPD drugs with out and Medicare coverage with Flex time reps as well.....So either he is a great salesman, or Sunovion upper management is clueless. Perhaps that is why Gish is no longer here.
