Incase HR or upper level mgmt is reading this... Will the SARs be given the opportunity to review or do a 360 on the managers? Some managers need it.
Even if you alert HR regarding a manager, don't expect anything at all to happen. One of the managers who is no longer there was reported by several employees and there was never even any follow-up.
You are a whiner and a daddy's girl that always gets her way... God forbid a new team is formed and you are asked to do anything over and above. You are a young, self absorbed little girl. We do not need you here, so be gone. The managers here absorb more stress than your fragile little 30 something mind can absorb. Go back and cry to daddy now or your 30 something team members, because those of us that carry the majority of the responsibility just don't care.
Managers might be under high stress but it seems regional. Plus, a good manager will absorb stress and then use positive coaching to pump up a team. Does not seem to be happening on all teams, tho
Is F You hyphenated? Managers should not be expected to babysit your fragile, dramatic, entitled ass. Go home to Mommy and live in the basement where you feel safe and secure. Or better yet, find a spouse that can take care of you. Then you can do us all a favor and quit to be Mr. Mom or Mrs. Neurotic mom.
