Just curious if anyone from diabetes has moved on to the face to face hiring event? We have heard all of leadership, including Michelle at the POA, brag about how "developing" our people is one of their main pillars. I know no one will admit it, but there still are a few talented and motivated folks left in Diabetes sales. I've spoken with a few that have applied, but the vast majority never even got a phone screen. The few others that did have since been told they are not moving on. I've also heard of others applying for open Diabetes ABL positions and being turned down for outside folks. I'm very saddened, yet not surprised, that this leadership talk is a bunch of BS! I've never seen such blatant "non- transparency" in my entire working career. It really is time to look elsewhere.

Yay! You woke up. Why would you want to be developed at Sanofi? Their US business is shot. Soliqua? Admylog? SGLT2t?

The 1990s called. They want their business model back.

Those so called outsiders will be out within 3 Christmases.

Is the word "Christmases' even a word?
Hey dumb-ass, the new severe asthma indication for Dupixent is what we are looking at. This will save all your asses at Sanofi when we go to market. All the ex Teva folks coming over from Cinqair will save the day and make Sanofi relevant again.

Good luck selling a non formulary hub product, P.A. required. Pbms will fight u tooth and nail.

And yes, Christmases is a word as in
2 Christmases ago a bunch of people got layered off.☔☔☔

Here's the problem. We are Sanofi. Big pharma. No different that Pfizer, Novartis or Merck and that's the kiss of death. More emphasis each month on diversity and making Eskimos and Transgendereds feel included than on selling. We should have gone with Regeneron. No matter the indications, our side will always been F'd up.

HUBS work great!!! My accounts are thrilled to work on paperwork for 6 hours and get denied . Oh yes I didn't deliver the dosing message strong enough . That the ticket!!! Everything will go smoothly now.

No, that’s the bonus plan. $190.00-200.00. Base around 75. Good luck.

I am also in the DCV BU and had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Everything went great, but in the end, they are going with someone with more recent Respiratory experience. Granted I came from our respiratory BU, then was reorg’ed into Diabetes. Without any Diabetes experience, I somehow became a multiple award winning rep...go figure. Now that I have proven myself over and over again in Diabetes with this company and they are preaching about developing our people - I am doomed here indefinitely. Someone forgot to inform the Genzyme folks of these “develop your people” plans. I will never get out of Diabetes with this company. Best thing that could happen would be a severance package at the end of the year.

And there in lies the problem...you are too damn old and not very intelligent if you put 22 years into this hell hole. Dupix is a dog anyway...seen the latest earnings report?

Initial launch was successful but now they thinks it’s a great plan to have 4 dupix reps calling on allergists for 2 indications!!! How do you think this will go over with the docs?

    Wrong. I’m at $118k base.

Experience is one thing, success is another. Learn how to sell. It’s like saying” doc, tujeo has been on the market for 5 years” and he says “your point is?...”.
