    Find a med device Job in Ortho that pays you over 220k just at plan for staying 3 years and hitting quota........ Good luck.

    Talk to recruiters 150-175k is the new ortho med device rates. Company may be poorly ran but you won’t make anywhere near at another gig. Even if you are the tenured ones.

    If your not tenured be lucky your in med device. .... your making more then you were at Cintas or Xerox........

    Facts are facts. Go sell a Total Wrist or total ankle

    Thoughts on the comp plan? Probably still a joke! Here’s an idea, put a 20% growth strategy on the salesforce and see how many make it through 2019.

    I here 75-85 k base but, 5% commission. That is, after you make their number...Cap set at $200. Love it or leave it. Sell wrist or ankle...please? Anyone?
