NBU goals???

    where are our goals?
    Yes, we are about to be sold and out of jobs, but it would be nice to know HOW we are Getting paid Until that happens.
    April 25 and NOTHING

    At this point I dont want them. The numbers are rigged!!!!! Its criminal to give a sales rep a quota when 1/3 of the quarter is over. Goals at Shire are used only to manage reps, not incentivize them!!!!

    PS...you cant use Takeda as an excuse. Shire has been doing this for a few quarters now.

    If you are in NBU, your goal should be to spend 3 hours a day networking and looking for another job. the rest of the day just do whatever you want

    1) Numbers have been so screwed up for so long, does it really matter if they come out?

    2) Sit back and enjoy your summer.

    I actually did care up until this week. No goals. No IC plan. If they don’t care, why should I? With everything going on with Takeda, they should realize it will be easy for many reps to check out when things like this happen. Work hard? Tenacity? How about tell me how I’m getting paid??? With a third of the quarter over it really doesn’t matter anymore...

    Playing devils advicate - Most Pharma reps just got their Q2 Quotas so they aren’t that late.
    I believe that we were all but sold once before and that fell through so I wouldn’t assume it’s a done deal until the deal closes.

    You are a fool to believe that most pharma reps just got Q2 goals. You must not know many! This must be your only pharma job and you are a ped rep. Wake up and smell this shit that is really going on

    Lol CAGR.... a financial calculator we using for sales....

    Just another way of inflating and manipulating sales numbers.

    How about the fact they pushed a couple products to the Neuro Division that went generic, to remove them from the “rare diseases” portfolio.

    Just moving numbers/ data constantly.

    Here’s your goals...... wait, no just kidding, we are still analyzing the q1 data.

    Can I analyze for ya? Ped reps need much higher goal attainment forecast!
    They making all the money for losing share left and right.

    The data explains it all, well wait maybe that was manipulated also.
     
  13. This is so funny. You’re pissed because they don’t roll out wrong goals to you? Instead of waiting for them to lower your goal and get it right? You are a dumb ass! Let me get his right, you need “goals” to go do your job? Here’s a thought, go sell, a lot, and don’t worry about goals. Dumb ass!!!

    I’m with another company - curious as to what all the activity is here... sounds like the same BS as everywhere.
    We got our Q2 goals Tuesday of this week. I think 2-3 weeks into the quarter is kind of the norm. We usually don’t get final #’s for 2 weeks after the Q. Doesn’t sound like you don’t have it much worse than most of us. This is Pharma after all - lots of mystery in the #’s/quota’s .

    Agreed ....
    I just assume that if I sell 10-15% more than I did the previous quarter then I shouldn’t be in a terrible spot . I don’t get paid to lose Rx’s.

    HO Finance, Manufacturing, Legal, Marketing, Product Logistics, Market Research, etc.,etc., will be able to find numerous jobs across all types of industries! You pharma reps are going extinct like the dinosaurs! You put Shire in a bad position by your lazy performance. Too bad to be you! #shirerepssuck
