After spending years with this organization it finally dawned on me that it literally was sucking the life out of me. Imagine getting up everyday energized to tackle your daily tasks and you get to the office and the coldness hits you in the face like being in a morgue. There is no motivation from the management team, they brought on incompetent KCI leaders that have no clue how to run anything if it is not rental. Great concept, you just tanked your business (TSS) 7 consecutive years in row, lets promote you and have you run Arjo's capital business. Lets talk about DVT, good old DR a low level marketing manager that kissed some good ass to convince the company to promote him to a VP, that is after they front 40K for his education while there was just a moratorium placed on travel and expenses. How does this work Arjo? A business that was once on its way to a 100M just all of sudden tanked, hmm let me guess cost pressure? low cost garments? Maybe we should call it like it is, POOR LEADERSHIP. Now that Arjo has pushed out almost every employee willingly or not, what a time to rebrand it back to the old ARJO. This company just changes the exact same shit over and over again, completely disrespects anyone with opinions or experience. If you want to get paid while contributing nothing, if you want to have no strategy and leadership, if you want to eat shitty sandwichs at business meetings, if you want to fire good people while promoting stupidity, if you want to have your comp plan change every year leaving you with less income. THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU.
I couldn't agree more. I can't believe the people they are promoting in this company. No respect for the salespeople on the ground doing the real work.
The AM/TM format doesn't work and is total BS. They should have never combined TSS and DVT together. Two totally separate businesses.
This is disturbing, what were the Swedes thinking with this one? I don’t get why people stay only to rot with this company. Rick, Paul, Brian, Ann and who’s next Dan? When will they bring in a true leader with accountably and confidence, that actually cares about their employees? People need to open their eyes, Arjo grossly under pays their people yet still finds ways for you to not get your bonus on top of it. Declining leadership, declining products, declining customers equals?
the failure to excel can be placed squarely on the shoulders of the poor leadership from the Swedes. Joacim Lindoff is incapable of being a mediocre CEO and having Miss Congeniality Anne Sigouin thinking she can run the business with an iron fist is absurd.
Good point, with Sigouin, it is about the stick & carrot. The stick got bigger, the carrot is shredding more and more every day. It goes down to leadership, something she has no idea about... Anne does us all a favour, leave us alone, you are a waste of everyone’s time.
Anne gave her townhall speech this week at the Texas office. At the same exact time 85 employees next door were fired and walked out the door. Evil woman. This company is in serious financial chaos.
