Our manager just presented this to us on our call this morning. WTF? Yet another "gotcha" micro-management tool to hang us up.
I guess the new thing here at Salix is to have a new report, new initiative, new plan of action every month. Every time we pick up a hint of momentum with one initiative, we start over and start a new one. Leadership, please stop trying to justify your own jobs by giving us pointless crap to worry about. Quit trying to find a way to take credit for our future 2018 Xifaxan growth by passing down garbage that you can put in your performance eval. Trust us to do the job you hired us to do and go get us more products to sell. I love it here, but things are getting progressively worse with pointless admin work.
I agree. And to be honest, if sales leadership or operations had a clue about our markets and what makes a good target, we wouldn't be making so many calls outside their retarded call plan. And don't even get me started on prescriber maintenance. What a cluster.
