the acquisition is supposed to be a distraction so you do not pay attention to Luddy and his lackies ruining the company. Take a look at the Executives bio’s. No long tenure so they all came on board for the Big win then they will move on to ruin another company. Why isn’t Julie fired yet?

Why are you so “obsessed” with a sale or merger? Who cares on our level. Our stock will vest, we are all major shareholders of the company, and will be impacted significantly financially. Not to mention we will almost with 100% certainty keep our jobs. Every company I’ve ever worked for in Biologics is rumored to be merging or acquired. At the end of the day WHO CARES.

Spend more energy helping the company grow to maximize its earning potential. Soliris is a GREAT medicine, we do a lot of good everyday. You trolls who keep coming on here because you were FIRED need to get a life.

Alexion has been great for my career as well as providing a good life for my family. Every company has its problems but trust me, we have it good here. Stop being so negative. It’s killing my vibe!

The company that takes us over may have a different plan than your delusional one. Might make some short term cash with stock vesting. Funny part of your plan is the thought that you will be kept. I hate to break it to you but there is 100% certainty you will be unemployed. Most potential take over candidates have much more expertise and tenure than our sales force. All you have to do is look at both the job hppers here, and those with experience from sub standard companies like Questcor etc.

To poster #8. I’ve been through 5 acquisitions. In each I’ve been retained and made out very well. I’m on the sales side so would not fear a takeover. Cuts come when the buyer looks for “synergies” aka redundencies in home office; IT, finance, HR, sometimes managed care, and marketing etc. Just sharing some real world experience for what it is worth to you.

The product has zero advantages over the gold standard Syprine which is now generic.
Sad attempt to show a pipeline.
