Thursday my manager worked with me, Sunday I heard a beeping sound in my car under the steering column near the gas pedal. Well there was a Geotab cherping away plugged into my OBD PORT. I wonder how that got there?

Managers have to do their FCRs every week and some RDs require them to send copies of what they write every week. Ours is also required to put their field time into Veeva every day. Not sure if this is required everywhere but our manager has to do it.
Mgr are “expected to do 2 fcr and week and 4 days in field, one office day” Some leeway depending on RD, but if not on pto , sick, meeting....u btr have 2 fcr done a week. Mgr here.
Not in the South East. Multiple GI managers (including Magnifica managers) have told me there isn’t a requirement. I guess FK micromanages everything but that. There are Manager FCR matrix’s but no minimum requirement... it just makes the managers look good the more they do in the south. They also can ride with the same 3/4 reps by their house 10 times in a row ....ignoring the reps on the opposite side of the territory & get away with. It doesn’t matter how the numbers look.
Your sources are mostly wrong there are absolutely requirements - no FCR’s no job ...and Magnifica managers have different RD’s anyway.
I can tell you for a fact that my manager only rides with the 1/2 of district near his house / city He rarely rides with the other side. He goes over there for BP reviews... maybe to take them to lunch & call it a FCR. He is so lazy and burns 1/2 eve te out with FCR every 2.5-3 weeks.
