It was a terrible and unprofessional process. Very unorganized and who has all the potential candidates interviewing for the exact same position in the same room?? Waste of time.

They are waiting on FDA approval. At the same time, the persons they offered the positions to on the spot may have said yes but anything can happen. They could be offered a better job and pull out of the Vertical offer. Sounds like they interviewed three candidates because one of my competitors was a former co worker - nice guy I used to work with. We caught up and chatted the night before. He, consequently accepted a position with another company the following week. Good for him. Neither of us heard anything. Which is why I’m assuming they interviewed a third person. If that person pulls out, they don’t want to start from scratch and will offer their second choice the position. So they leave the rest of us hanging until their preferred candidate is firmly in his role. They will then send out the rejection letters.

Am I close here? Honestly, I could have landed A different position but had to take two days to fly out for this circus. Why do I call it a circus? Because they sent me home before they finished talking to the third guy (my friend who was also rejected). The second candidate must have been JOHNNY MAGIC or something.

In summary, I feel my time was wasted.

Who really thinks the FDA is going to approve this?

You are misinformed. The drugs are approved. What is wrong with you

If the drug is approved the why the hell are many of us still waiting for a response about the shitshow in Dallas? Be professional and tell the candidates where they stand. Also, who the hell would offer a position on the spot? I’m sick of flying out across country for pharma interviews. No wonder the pharma industry has such a bad reputation. Money to piss and burn on expensive interview processes. FLY OUT THE FINAL CANDIDATES ONLY!

Have you seen the non data from the studies that they never did? Isn’t this just repackaging a decades old med for a much bigger price? I dunno. Seems like a product up for sale. I do know I will walk away from this one.
