ADC T2 unacheieveable goals

Mr. Ford,

If you monitor these boards this is an anonymous letter from your Freestyle Libre field sales team.

We love selling Libre and all the extra responsibility that comes with truly revolutionizing the market.

That said, late last week ADC corporate totally demoralized the field sales force and honestly took away any incentive to excel. Our goals are so ridiculous why would we even try?

400+% increases!

We already have one of the smallest at plan bonus pools in device and it's 4 months between payouts.

Please help before we all totally throw in the towel.

 

Welcome to typical ADC bullshit. Gets worse too.....meet your goals and do a good job then someone above you takes the credit, the promotion, and the money. You get the axe and a few months PCL.

That is why I quit the division. They screw their workers starting with the man at the top. Good luck.
