Dupixent Whiff

    Hmmmmm...Trying to figure this out.
    - Great therapy, efficacy & safety-wise; true life-changer for these patients, no BS.
    - For the most part, damn good payer coverage.
    - No competition, Yet! The likes of AbbVie or whomever is next, will eat our 'marketing lunch'.

    IDK about you, but like Cal Naughton Jr. said about 'Existentialism, Democracy & the Minage-a-trois': "Them are 3 pretty good things."

    So what could it be? Maybe, juuuuuuuuust maybe, you have a disincentivized salesforce?!
    - Q1 2018, 23/87 territories hit mark. Logically, one may think the salespeople must not be performing OR, they could know that for the 3rd Qtr in a ROW, quotas were URANUS high, much less than 1/2 of the territories hit mark and, the worst part................................................................................................................
    - Management's INSINCERITY in claiming that it was a forecasting mistake or it will get better or they're are 'Kickers' - I know some people I'd like to KICK the shit out of!!!
    - "Dupi doesn't need a Medicare assistance program bc it's only 10% of total Pt. Dispenses." Go through your PJR and add up your Part D enrollments LTD. But "...they're working on it."
    - Stock Options - that's an oxymoron if I've ever heard one. Right now, I just feel like a moron for coming here.

    I'm sure I'll get the typical responses like "...quit ur bitchin' & leave" or maybe the same with a bit stronger language, but in the end, you know I'm right. PeaceOut

    No, I agree with you and it’s a damn shame. I don’t think they realize how much we’d be killing it right now if they just had given us a lucrative and motivating IC plan...and if they incentivized on the same behaviors across the Alliance. They are so so dumb it’s comical.

    Nothing worse than selling a product with an unrealistic and inflated goal. I have been there. Hoping to see our launch goals be fair and thought out. Crossing my fingers. It’s how I evaluate a company.

    How does everyone like their Dupixent Q2 goals they received today? These people here are real dipshits. As if I needed another reminder that they just don’t get it, here it is. A shame, because I love selling this product.

    Thank you for raising such an important topic. Before responding I spoke to 25 reps and we are all pleased. Now of course we’re all top performers so no matter what it is we’re gonna get it. Guessing you are not which is why you come here to complain skippy

    I sent an e-mail to my manager and the home office requesting higher goals, the current targets are way too easy and we need to sell more anyone that isn't above goal can't sell, this is the easiest product I've ever sold in my career

    Gosh no I’m in sales. It’s so easy to sell this product I think we actually don’t expect much I just had this discussion with Kurt we should be demanding more if you aren’t crushing it you can’t sell let’s be real
