When will they figure out who the real problem is in this company! Just in the month of April, we have lost 13 people! Out of a company of 85, that means we just lost about 15% of the work force in one month alone! This company needs to wake up and realize who the real problem is with sales!

Wow!!! Josephine, Tool Marketing Director, Pamela the HR snitch, the DM’s, Roy and his backstabbing west care ast goon. They are failing this company. Joss is firing people trying to cut payroll so she can avoid paying bonuses. She will have karma knock on her door soon. She is getting rid of the wrong people. It’s sending a bad message in the market. One that screams don’t do business with this pile of shit company and it’s pathetic leaders. What a freaking joke. Fidia the “market leader” can’t run a company like one. Fire Joss no one should ever hire her as a direct or DM.

:( yes that definitely doesn’t scream confidence to stay. I’ve lost all confidence in our executive team. I really hate to admit but our national director who I had the outmost respect for and looked up to her as a role model for women in business has failed us. I would never consider hiring her as a director. She has built this team to her liking and she is 100% accountable for the failure of this company. I remember one representative had to give her ideas on the pilot program. She knew nothing. Italy please make a change as soon as possible.

Definitely doesn’t scream confidence in the market when representatives are getting tossed. It’s hard enough to sell this product with high prices, shitty data, and crappy coverage and to top it off hey don’t do business with us because we have an unbalanced company that has no future.
