Would like to hear from present and former Rotech employees who feel they were injured or wronged by Rotech. If enough employees respond, a class action lawsuit may be in the future. Please comment if this applies to you.

Any lawsuit presupposes a possible monetary award.
    Can't milk a stone.

What are you talking about? Rotech has plenty of money... They waste money on worthless call centers and GPS tablets that do nothing for efficiency.. phffff plenty of money. So much that they are burning it.

There is no hope for this company and forget lawsuits they need to give up. The new COO messed up the billing for 20 years now she is destroying ops. This company needs a major overall. Find a real COO.

The billing center is full of tards... Hard to manage window lickers so HR should get some of the blame.. these assorted call centers give our location fits fixing paperwork they habitually screw up. Rather than fix the problem upper management tells the locations to stop complaining about all the redundant work the tards are causing... Smh

Not to mention they call a doctor's office one time for a CMN and if they don't get an answer they call the location to dump it back in our laps... Remind me again how they are "supposed" to help us. Total waste of resources

Typical of Rotech management... Burn money on worthless entities but bitch and complain about employees that actually work at the locations getting overtime... Now they have the temerity to call the location managers DAILY when they have an employee in overtime.... Want to save money fire the bitch whose job is to watch overtime and make that call... Geesh

I guess the cadre of tards running this shit circus thinks magical fairies show up to work for free when " working" people at this company hit 40 hours.... Right?
    Fuq you rotech!

No overtime but you better find the time to clean the office you bunch of pigs even if it's off the clock like our location does.

Nope... Once you hit 40 the rest of the work has to be done off the clock. Kinda have to go along or get let go. As we call it at our location " take one for the team"

Well, at least our location is not the only one working off the clock to keep our location off the overtime naughty list... It's only a matter of time until this catches up with Rotech and causes them some legal problems if this is happening company wide

Just be happy that you have a job with pay and medical benefits.

Geesh no wonder this company is nearly tits up... Morons like you have the temerity to scold disgruntled employees as if they don't have legitimate complaints. You must have a corner office with a view in Orlando.

Let me break this down elementary style for you:
Job = work for compensation (pay)
    Slavery = work without compensation

Soooooo you are saying be glad we are not slaves for Rotech? We should be glad we get paid for working?
I don't think anyone has been a slave in America since 1865 but please continue with your hyperbole...

Let's not talk about the crap med benefits that are offered by this company... If you have a family this company does NOT pay the average employee enough to cover the monthly premium AND keep food on the table... How is making that choice a benefit?

Thats it! No overtime for you!
You are making too much money already..
    oh wait.. nevermind

Speaking of a job with no pay... Being on call without compensation. Now that's bullshit... Rotech has been getting away with that for a long time. PST'S need to form a union to put an end to that. If you are obligated to respond to patients 24/7 how is that not still being at work? Think about it folks.. you can't make plans to do anything, can't have a drink with your friends but the assholes at corporate think it's okay to withhold compensation for your time. Criminal

This is by far the worst company anyone can work for.. they are bias towards some employees & not others... They ignore employee complaints, they are rude and there is absolutely no teamwork with this company. They don't care about hurting their employees & this company would lead no one to a great future working for them. They over work you & once you are off hours your are working fulltime on paperwork alone. By far the worst place I have known. Sad... by fare the saddest Company to ever work for, therefore do not waste your precious time with them.. know your worth and stay away for people that will not value you and look towards hurting you instead with their unfair ways. I am not sure how they are still in business with all that they do.. that is so wrong...!
