Is Arbor even making money? If no Net Income, then how do they go public?

The only device I thought Arbor had was the IQ2020 device.....its indicated use is to screw reps out of a bonus. Its side affects are fake numbers coupled with constant delays to dump RXs on Drs.we don't even call on.
