neuro and 6/7 reps. It’s a mix of some waiting for end of month and the rest landing the new job

I’m starting to think LC might not have been keeping it real with us when she said one of her top goals and a major priority for the year was retention! If she was being serious she has failed miserably and it’s going to get worse.

You can thank me later, but you're making a rookie mistake trusting management. They are in it for the stock options. If they really cared that much there wouldn't be over 60-70% turnover in a little over a year. The proof is in the pudding, the turnover here is awful. If your coworkers are telling you everything is alright then you need to ask around and get some other opinions from people who have been here longer than a year (if there are any on your team). Something is not right here.....and sooner or later you will find out for yourself. Don't be naïve.

The majority of you do not have an IQ high enough to understand this, including the “leaders”. Ed, Thom, and the board are actually brilliant. They put individuals they trust in positions of power, not that are qualified, it’s all their buddies from back in the day. Look at who is promoted, people who are not capable of free thinking and follow matching orders without question. Do boys. Get your experience and quit complaining.
This is a marketing company, not a pharma company. Seriously ask a real pharma rep next time you’re in a waiting room with one if they have to go to pharmacies in the hood 2-3 per week. Tell them about ez rx pharmacy program and watch them look at you like an alien. You are not truly selling, you are showing up, and playing a numbers game. When you make too much, they replace you with a younger face who will make more calls, and buy into their “stock options”. They pay a minimum and receive a profit. That’s business ladies and gentlemen. It is a beautiful business model that will make the board and the investors money... not the sales force. To quote an M.D. “ if you’re not selling insulin products, your job is temporary.” Just Over Broke.
All in all, keep things in perspective, you’re not a MA doing prior auths, digging ditches, Kim’s OBGYN, or Ed’s barber.

If they were that smart about making money they wouldn’t have the neuro team selling Evekeo and Zenzedi. Horizant was growing at a great pace and then they fucked it up for nothing. Maybe when they totally ditch the peds team they will save enough to make it worth promoting these meds.
The business model is basic. No genius to it at all.
Why do other companies pay more? Because they are dumb? Their short-sighted approach already starting to blow up in their face. Going to be fun to watch the erosion.

Is Arbor evening making money this year? Wall St. has already all released their earnings. I would be surprised if we hear about 1st Qtr numbers anytime soon. My guess is that its not going to be good news. Betting that its about a $2 to $3 million dollar loss for 1st Qtr. Wondering how they are tracking on their revenue goals. Time for a fire sale???

Best case scenario is that it merges with CV into a primary care division. Don't want to be in territory that has a lot of ped and CV overlaps....just saying.
