IF you're coming from big pharma, you will be paying a much larger chunk of change for any health care benefits. If they don't offer you at least 8k more than what you're making, it's not worth it.

That’s about as far from the truth as I have heard in a long while.

Base is 58k-65k. Ic at plan is 21k. Contests add 1k-2k if you’re an average employee.

Is this still the case? That’s a bit low. What about roommates for training and meetings? That’s a big one for me.

No roommates at training. Yes at meeting but you have the option to pay for your own 1/2 of room to stay alone. Car choices are Hyundai’s or Nissans SUV or Sedan depending on location

In that case, I’d advise staying at Staples.

It’s true you’re not going retire early working at Kowa, but if you’re in the middle of the pack you’ll make $85-90K. Factor in company car and little to no stress, it’s a pretty descent place to work.

No stress if your don't work in the NE in "Sam" region and work for a less competent DM in the DC Metro area!

Looking at a position at Kowa, and wondering about the current mood here. Products doing well? I would be taking a big pay cut, but moving to a different geography bc of my spouse's job and this seems like a good fit.

    Thanks for any info!
