Call notes- does anyone else's DBM insist on this? I thought is was against the rules...

    Not good.

    Make sure you note on every note that you are mandated by your manager to leave that note. Don't go down for notes without taking down the one forcing you to make them.

    Just give us DMs initials an I'll happily make anonymous call to HR 4 u.

    Lets see boss, just so I get what you're looking for..why don't you shoot me a quick email about that....

    Man, I've been busy taking notes since our last get together...You think I should kick this little note up to Adverse Events...pt reported coughing and rash...I can scan my notes and email it in tonight? Here's another golden nugget Marketing should see about <insert DMs last idiotic idea here>...I'm really going to let upper mgt. hear at our next get together how my notes have been helping - all credit to you boss, maybe we should just email around all the juicy bits from the district and copy in your boss??

    Call notes would be the perfect place to record my DM's non-compliant conversations with the staff or doctors. Gotta love those call notes!
